At Menswear Mode, we take pride in crafting premium menswear that fits perfectly and meets your exacting standards. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail we apply to our garments.

Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers & Briefs). All other items from our collection including Big and Tall Jeans, Cargo Trousers, Shirts, and outerwear are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, please ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
  • You’ll receive priority processing for your replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
