Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium menswear, but understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our 15-day return policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers & Briefs). All other items in our collection are eligible for returns.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Items you wish to return/exchange (product name, size, quantity)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Confirmation that items meet our return conditions
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, ship your return to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded accordingly)
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
